EchoLife EG8040P ONT
The Huawei EchoLife EG8040P is an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) used in Huawei’s AgilePOL solution. By using GPON technology, ultra-broadband access is provided for enterprise campuses. The EG8040P provides four GE ports; GE ports support PoE functions. The EG8040P features high-performance service forwarding capabilities to ensure an excellent experience with Internet and HD video services. Thus, the EG8040P provides a perfect AgilePOL solution experience for enterprise campuses and supports future-oriented services.
Plug-and-play capabilities and Comprehensive Triple Play Service for Huawei’s AgilePOL solution
- Plug-and-play: Configurations are automatically delivered by the Network Management System so on-site commissioning is not required
- Energy wise: The ONT supplies intelligent PoE for terminal devices such as an outdoor Access Points (APs)
- Comprehensive Triple Play Service: The ONT provides abundant ports to implement multiple access services, including home network attached storage, Internet access, and video services, providing users with comprehensive triple play service
