- Media resources are provided by the Automatic Call Distributor (ACD), and media controls are performed by the Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) server with load-balancing to ensure service continuity
- Supports a maximum of 256 languages and activates eight languages simultaneously; plays basic voice (including digital, price, time, and date), supports faxing, Text-To-Speech (TTS), and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) services
- Uses efficient GSL flows or standard VXML 2.1 and CCXML 1.0 flows and permits updates online
- Uses ApLogic proxy, DLL, or JavaScript script to access the database and connect to third-party service systems
