OptiX OSN 1800 OTN Platform
Huawei OptiX OSN 1800 is a series of box architecture MS-OTN transmission equipment which support TDM, packet, and OTN services over a metro or campus optical network. They enable multiple high-bandwidth services (from 2 Mbit/s to 100 Gbit/s) to be delivered at less cost.
Support resilient, low-latency video transmission, real-time industrial automation applications, and server-based multimedia applications; provide cost-effective transport solutions for power, medical, Storage Area Networks (SANs), data centers, and video surveillance.
OptiX OTN transmission and switching platforms utilizing WDM communications for video, SAN, and data center backups with high-availability
- Configurable with up to 8 CWDM channels or 80 DWDM channels, unified packet-switching with OTN access and switching, and improves bandwidth utilization
- Supports E1/E3/T3/FE/GE/10 GE/100 GE/STM-N/SANs in terminal access, data center interconnections, and long-haul transmission
- Box-architecture, 1U/2U/5U-high devices, fit 19-inch or 23-inch cabinets or can be mounted on walls or poles
- Low power consumption, available with AC or DC power
